Care and maintenance of UV-coated floors

General conditions of use and daily care. Wood floors are adapted to normal healthy conditions of use for humans.

Please maintain a humidity level between 40-65% and an average air temperature level between 18-25 degrees.

Try to avoid sand, dirt, small pebbles as they act as sandpaper (abrasive) for the floor.
Remove all liquids from the floor immediately when they appear.

Do not use too wet cleaning cloths, try to use cloths with a microfibre base and special floor care products. Do not use steam cleaners.

Use special felt pads for the legs of chairs and tables to prevent additional pressure on the floor. To protect floors from abrasion caused by furniture on wheels, use protective floor mats. We recommend that you take care of your floors on a daily basis using a vacuum cleaner. Use wet mopping only to remove dirt.

Cleaning after installation. Remove dust and debris with a broom or vacuum cleaner using the brush provided. Once the construction dust has been removed, wipe the floor with a wet mop. If necessary, add standard cleaners compatible with the floor covering. Make sure to remove excess adhesive from the parquet flooring.

Daily cleaning.

Remove dust, small debris from the floor surface with a vacuum cleaner or broom. Remove stains and dirt with a microfibre cloth and standard wood floor care products.

Maintenance.

Damaged areas can be repaired with a comparable stain colour or wax. Use wax filler to fill small scratches. Before use - test all new or unknown chemical products in an inconspicuous place to ensure that they are compatible with the floor and avoid damage to the surface.
